Notice to All Plan holders:
This Addendum #2, containing the following revisions, additions, deletions and/or clarifications is hereby made part of the Plan and Contract Documents for the above-named project. Bidders shall take this Addendum into consideration when preparing and submitting their bids. Contractors shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum #2 in the place provided on the Addenda Received sheet or downloaded from QuestCDN bidding platform. Failure to do so may disqualify the Bidder from consideration of its bid and/or will not allow the bid to be submitted via QuestCDN.
Modifications to the Project Manual
Item #1: Technical Special Provisions (CSI Format), Section 13 34 19 - 2.03 B (1)
“Insulation System”
Changes include: Change the R Value to the following: Roofing Insultation “R” Values:
Minimum R-11
Item #2: Any reference in the project manual to IBC 2015
Changes include: The building and all related components have been and shall be
designed to the IBC 2018 requirements. Any mention of “IBC 2015” shall be replaced
with “IBC 2018”.
Modifications to the Plans
Item #1: Plan Sheet 9 (C-05). Replace sheet 9 with the attached sheet 9.
Changes include:
• Changing quantity of 2” HDPE T-Connections from 3 to 6. See Key Note #11.
Item #2: Plan Sheet 22 (S-01). Replace sheet 22 with the attached sheet 22.
Changes include:
• Design Criteria D 3 Snow Load: Change to 25 PSF.
• Quality Assurance Notes QA 1: Change reference of 2015 IBC to 2018 IBC.

Item #1: The contractor must use the Nucor Pre-Engineering Metal Building Design as
supplied in Addendum #1. Shall discrepancies arise between the building design and
project specifications, the more stringent requirements/specifications/design shall
supersede.
ALL OTHER REQUIREMENTS OF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS REMAIN IN EFFECT.
