World wide utilities like electric, gas, railways, water and roads have

successfully diversified into telecom business

Electric - 63% , Gas - 18%, Railways - 12%, Water - 7% and Roads - 2%

Majority of these utilities are Transmission Utilities

Out of about major 50 utilities, 30 are Transmission Utilities in UK,

Germany, Italy, Spain, Japan , USA etc.
