Modern state of project

At present, the construction of a research reactor complex (RRC) PIK goes to end.

Commissioning of the complex is made in accordance with its design stages. Part of reactor

equipment and systems put into operation in the first complex of buildings. Under the terms of

the RosTehNadzor license for exploitation the reactor power initially is limited to 100 watts.

Upon completion of the construction phase the complex PIK will consist of 38 buildings and

structures, on which further operations and testing in the frames of current exploitation will

continue before the power start-up.
