The primary goal is to make your house exactly what you want and do it exactly how you imagined. We don’t charge for change orders and we never try to steer you away from something because it’s inconvenient for us.

The Day Ends and you sleep easy because your idea has become a reality and you didn’t feel like you had to force your builder to make it happen. You’ll soon be dreaming about new ideas to turn that dream home into your real home.Our flexibility is amazing all by itself, but what re-ally makes it special is the total transparency that comes with it. We don’t use changes as an op-portunity to charge exorbitant fees and mark-ups; instead we show you the bids or material receipts for what you originally picked out and then com-pare them to the cost for the labor or materials needed to make the change happen. If your changes result in a lower price then you save money, if your changes result in a higher price then you only pay the difference, we have zero additional fees or mark-ups on change orders and we don’t just say it, we show it.

Every new home from us includes multiple green features as standard; depending on the application some or all of the following may be included: Geo-Thermal HVAC, spray foam, LED lighting, recycled lumber, blower door and ther-mal imaging, and many, many more. the surrounding and the right material selections mean it will hold up just fine to the

elements.

Sometimes we don’t create outdoor living spaces, some-times we fix them. This deck

was falling away from the house and sinking in the mid-

dle; a post here and a beam there to right a wrong.

When our customer said they wanted a big deck for enter-

taining with plenty of seating we set out to deliver a built in bench that doesn’t feel dated.

Keeping the lines clean and matching the railing profile almost makes these built in benches disappear into the

deck.

Want low maintenance without having a plastic deck?

Then Iron Wood and similar exotics are for you; real wood

you don’t have to maintain.
