La investigacin tuvo como problema de investigacin Cul es la influencia que genera la aplicacin del mdulo Lurigancho: Comunidad milenaria en la identidad cultural de los estudiantes del 5 grado de secundaria de la institucin educativa Julio C. Tello del distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho, 2013? Ante ello, el objetivo general fue determinar la influencia que genera la aplicacin del mdulo Lurigancho: Comunidad milenaria en la identidad cultural de los estudiantes del 5 grado de secundaria en esta institucin educativa. ( borrar esto colocar el problema y el objetivo DE LA MATRIZ)La investigacin fue de tipo bsica, bajo el enfoque cuantitativo, con uso del mtodo cientfico de tipo hipottico-deductivo. La recoleccin de datos se desarroll de la tcnica de la encuesta bajo la aplicacin de un cuestionario para medir la influencia del mdulo Lurigancho: Comunidad milenaria. (borrar esto, colocar los trminos en funcin del desarrollo del trabajo realizado al analizar la obra y las tcnicas de anlisis de obra)Los datos, analizados segn la prueba no paramtrica de U de Mann-Whitney, han demostrado que existe diferencia significativa entre los puntajes en el grupo experimental, el cual alcanz 159.8 puntos, en comparacin con el grupo de control que alcanz 111.38 puntos. Tello district of San Juan de Lurigancho, 2013? In response, the overall objective was to determine the influence generated by the application of the module "Lurigancho: Community millennial" in the cultural identity of students high school grade 5 in this school.

The research was an applied type under the quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, with use of the scientific method hypothetical-deductive type in a census sample through the non-probability sampling technique for convenience. It was applied in 24 students of the 5th grade, as the experimental group, and 21 of the 5th grade B, as a control group, both at the secondary level. The data collection technique was developed survey on the application of a questionnaire to measure the influence of module "Lurigancho: Millennial Community ".

The data, analyzed by the nonparametric Mann-Whitney U, have shown that there is significant difference between the scores in the experimental group, which reached 159.8 points, compared with the control group reached 111.38 points. In short, the p-value calculated = .000 (p
