Abou t t he Ag i to Ne tw orks RoamAnyw here So lu t ion Agito Networks brings enterprise Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), WiFi, and cellulartogether to do the following:

    Reduce cellular costsIncrease in-building coverage

Increase the visibility and control of mobile communications

The Agito Networks RoamAnywhere solution is composed of the following components:

RoamAnywhere Mobility RouterThe RoamAnywhere Mobility Router is aplatform for Mobile Convergence. The Mobility Router provides seamless,location-based handover for voice and data as you roam between WiFi and on thecellular networks.

The Mobility Router extends the key features of the enterprise PBX to enable

you to have one enterprise phone number, one voice mail box, and one caller ID. Additionally, you also benefit from productivity-enhancing features, such asenterprise directory lookup and extension dialing, to enhance your mobilecommunications experience.

The RoamAnywhere solution is designed to maximize the use of the enterprise WiFi network when in the office, employing the routing intelligence to handover a call to the cellular network as you walk out of the building. Additionally, if you are on a cellular call and you walk into the building, the routing intelligencehands over the call from the cellular network to the WiFi network seamlessly.

The Mobility Router also hosts the following:

RoamAnywhere Administration PortalAllows administrators to easily configure, manage, monitor, and troubleshoot the RoamAnywhere Mobility Router.

RoamAnywhere User PortalAllows you to customize your callingexperience to better control communication based on various factors, including time of day, calling filters, and your location.

RoamAnywhere client application, enabling a secure, adaptive provisioning processthat allows you to easily connect to the enterprise.

RoamAnywhere DialerThis application is designed to become the primary dialer interface after installation. You can make and receive calls using themobile devices native dialing behavior. You have access to native Log, nativeContacts, and advanced calling features such as Bluetooth, voice dialing, andspeed dialing. Managin g Personal Dial ( Dual Persona TM) Mo d eBy default, when you place a call with your mobile device while running RoamAnywhereDialer, the call is routed through the enterprise (business), and the caller ID for yourmobile device is your enterprise phone number. Calls routed through the enterprise give

you access to one enterprise phone number, enterprise PBX features, and other featuressuch as conference calling and transfer-to-desk-functionality.

There might be occasions on which you want to place a call that is not routed throughthe enterprise and uses the phone number of the SIM card of your mobile device.

The RoamAnywhere Dialer supports the Dual Persona feature, enabling P e r s o n a l D ia l mode. This feature allows you to place calls directly over the cellular network (notrouted through the enterprise) and use the phone number associated with the SIM cardof your mobile device as the caller ID. This allows you to switch between using yourmobile device for personal use and for business without exiting the RoamAnywhereDialer application.

For example, if your enterprise phone number is 919-8000, this number is used as thecaller ID when you make phone calls that are used in B u s i n e s s D i a l mode. If the phonenumber of your SIM card is 555-4442, when you place a call with P e r s o n a l D ia l modeenabled, the caller ID used is 555-4442, and the call is directly placed over the cellularnetwork.

number you are trying to call.

When you make calls while connected to your corporate or remote (if your systemsupports Secure Remote Voice) WiFi network or VoIP over cellular data, these calls arenot listed in your cellular bill.

When you receive your cellular bill, any outgoing calls placed using the cellular network while RoamAnywhere Dialer was running are not listed as the phone numbers that youplaced calls to. All outgoing calls list the enterprise access number as the number that

was called, rather than the phone number that was dialed.

For example, if you placed a call to (408) 919-8000 and the enterprise access number is(408) 555-1515, the number that appears on your phone bill is not listed as (408)919-8000. Rather, it is listed as (408) 555-1515. For information about your companysenterprise access number, see your system administrator.

If you or your system administrator changed the default setting so that some or alloutgoing calls made while on the cellular network are placed directly over the cellularnetwork, those calls will be included in your bill. Secure remote access allows you to use the following features:

Secure Remote Voice (if your RoamAnywhere TM solution is licensed for it) allows you to securely place and receive calls using any WiFi network or VoIP over cellulardata network outside of the enterprise. Secure Remote Voice uses Secure SocketsLayer (SSL) to ensure that your calls are secure. You can Secure Remote Voice fromhome or any other WiFi hotspot and have access to PBX and desk-phone features, just as you do when you are in the enterprise.

Secure enterprise services such as directory query are accessed using a WiFinetwork that is not in the enterprise network or a cellular packet-data network.

Depending on how your system administrator configured your account, you might haveaccess to Secure Remote Voice or secure enterprise services or both. Contact yoursystem administrator if you are not sure whether you have secure remote access enabled

on your account.NOTE When outside of WiFi coverage, BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) serviceis required on devices in order to perform the following tasks, and do not require Agito Secure Enterprise Services to be enabled:

    Check for Updates
