ENERCONT – Mobile Woodchip Service

ENERCONT provides for a new, in Austria unique method for the woodchip supply by combining woodchip supplyby combining woodchip delivery and -storage via containers as well as an automated refill transportation.

The storage of woodchips close to the heating system, which has been laborious up to now, is substantially simplified by pre-filled, exchangeable containers. The automatized logistics provide for a container exchange which does not re-quire manual handling or maintenance.

The whole system of ENERCONT provides for the user a cost-efficient and comfortable alternative to an up to now com-monly used expensive and bulky silo installation.

Requires little space A silo installation, which has to be constructed in a laborious way, is replaced by a space-saving container

Woodchips are delivered in a mobile container and this container will be unloaded exactly in that place where a docking facility to the exis-ting hea- ting system has been created. The construction work is nor-mally limited to the construction of a secure base for the mobile contai-ner. Costs, required space and construction time for this are substantially lower than for the construction of a storage silo. Existing tank rooms can be kept for the time being or new purpose rooms can be created instead.

The exchange of the empty container by the filled one is executed within a few minutes in a quiet and completely dust-free way. The woodchips are discharged from the container and led in the heating system by a patented mechanism.

A sensor informs the headquarters of ENERCONT about the current fill level of the container. When the fill level reaches a certain minimum le-vel, ENERCONT automatically prepares and delivers a newly filled container. That way it is assured that your heating system will always be provided with sufficient woodchips.

The whole system of ENERCONT provides for the user a cost-efficient and comfortable alternative to an up to now commonly used, expensi-ve and bulky silo installation.

The mobile ENERCONT storage system is compatible with all com-mon heaters.If desired, we also gladly offer you complete total heating systems.

In einem mobilen Container wird Hackgut angeliefert und der Container genau an jener Stelle abgeladen, wo eine Andockmöglichkeit zu dem bestehenden Heizsystem geschaffen wurde. Die Bauarbeiten be-schränken sich in der Regel auf die Errichtung eines befestigten Unter-grunds für den mobilen Container. Kosten, Platzbedarf und Bauzeit sind wesentlich geringer im Vergleich zur Errichtung eines Vorratssilos. Bestehende Tankräume können zunächst belassen oder stattdessen neue Zweckräume geschaffen werden.

Das Austauschen des leeren Containers durch den befüllten geschieht binnen Minuten, ist lärmarm und völlig staubfrei. Das Hackgut wird über eine patentierte Mechanik aus dem Container ausgetragen und dem Heizsystem zugeführt.

Ein Sensor meldet über Fernwartung den jeweiligen Füllstand des Containers an die Zentrale von ENERCONT. Erreicht der Füllstand eine bestimmte Untergrenze, wird automatisch ein neu befüllter Container von ENERCONT vorbereitet und geliefert. Somit ist sicher-gestellt, dass Ihr Heizsystem immer ausreichend mit Hackgut versorgt wird.

Das gesamte System von ENERCONT bietet dem Nutzer eine kostengünstige und komfortable Alternative zu einer bislang üblichen kosten- und platzaufwändigen Siloanlage.

Das mobile ENERCONT-Lagersystem ist mit jeder herkömmlichen Heizung kompatibel. Gerne bieten wir Ihnen auf Wunsch auch komplette Gesamtheiz- systeme an.
