REQUESTING APPLICATIONS
Seeking applications from social service providers, business owners, non-profits, and faith communities willing to partner with the City of Portland to expand access for sanitation services to unhoused community members in Portland.
Following an application and service agreement, a trailer would be assembled and provided to the applicant provider within approximately 21 days.
The City would provide the trailer at no cost to the applicant and would maintain servicing and maintenance of the unit as outlined in the service agreement. The mobile outreach trailer includes:
• Two portable toilets• Garbage disposal bins• Sharps disposal• Small storage lockers for personal items• Phone charging station
CITY WILL PROVIDE:
• Mobile outreach trailer including two portable toilets, garbage and sharps disposal units, small storage lockers, and phone charging stations.
• Pumping and servicing of the units at a rate of three times/week – including restocking toilet paper and soap.
• 24 hour response in the event of a biohazard emergency (fire, tipped unit)
• Any necessary permits
APPLICANT WILL PROVIDE:
• Appropriate liability insurance
• Staffing of unit if desired
• Paper supplies or soap between service periods

Seeking applications from social service providers, business owners, non-profits, and faith communities willing to partner with the City of Portland to expand access for sanitation services to unhoused community members in Portland. Following an application and service agreement, a trailer would be assembled and provided to the applicant within approximately 35 days.
The City would provide the trailer at no cost to the applicant and would maintain servicing and maintenance of the unit as outlined in the service agreement. The City of Portland would retain ownership of the trailer, and the trailer will be returned to the City of Portland upon the completion of the service agreement. The shower trailer includes:
• One shower/restroom combo unit• Garbage disposal bins• Sharps disposal• Small storage lockers for personal items• Phone charging station
CITY WILL PROVIDE:
• Shower trailer which includes an ADA accessible shower and restroom, garbage and sharps disposal bins, a small storage locker, and a phone charging station.
• Service of the unit – including grey water removal and cleaning three times per week.
• 24 hour response in the event of a biohazard emergency (fire, tipped unit)
• Any necessary permits
APPLICANT WILL PROVIDE:
• Appropriate liability insurance
• Staffing of unit if desired
• Washing soap, towels, and other necessary items
