Mobile Conference Connection (MCC) enables registered Instant Meeting leaders and participants to utilize their registered mobile device (“Registered Device”) to manage certain aspects of their Instant Meeting conference or Instant Meeting conference subscription. Conference Leader features includes: The ability to import or manually enter Instant Meeting information to a registered device. Add and manage other conferences Send e-mail or SMS meeting invitations and start meetings through their registered device. Allow participants and leaders to join via a dial out from the audio bridge. Supported iPhone Devices MCC is supported on the following device Models: iPhone 2, 3, 4 & 4S. Installation Steps To download the MCC app, go to www.itunes.com. 1. In iTunes, choose File > Add to Library and select the file (MCC.ipa). You can also drag the file to the iTunes application icon. 2. Connect a device to the computer, and then select it in the Devices list in iTunes. 3. Click the Apps tab, and then select the app in the list. 4. Click Apply. After successful download the MCC app icon will appear directly in the mobile device as shown below. Select the MCC app icon , read and accept the End User License Agreement as prompted. Enter your Verizon Conferencing Manage My Meetings login name and password at the prompt. Once this step has been validated, your Audio Instant Meeting access number(s) and passcode(s) will automatically be synched to the application so that you do not have to manually add your Instant Meeting information. User Guide

What is Mobile Conference Connection?

Mobile Conference Connection (MCC) enables registered

Instant Meeting leaders and participants to utilize their

registered mobile device (“Registered Device”) to manage

certain aspects of their Instant Meeting conference or Instant

Meeting conference subscription.

Conference Leader features includes:

The ability to import or manually enter Instant Meeting

information to a registered device.

Add and manage other conferences

Send e-mail or SMS meeting invitations and start meetings

through their registered device.

Allow participants and leaders to join via a dial out from the

audio bridge.

Supported iPhone Devices

MCC is supported on the following device Models:

iPhone 2, 3, 4 & 4S.

Installation Steps

To download the MCC app, go to www.itunes.com.

1. In iTunes, choose File > Add to Library and select the

file (MCC.ipa). You can also drag the file to the iTunes

application icon.

2. Connect a device to the computer, and then select it in

the Devices list in iTunes.

3. Click the Apps tab, and then select the app in the list.

4. Click Apply.

After successful download the MCC app icon will appear

directly in the mobile device as shown below.

Select the MCC app icon , read and accept the End User

License Agreement as prompted.

Enter your Verizon Conferencing Manage My Meetings login

name and password at the prompt. Once this step has been

validated, your Audio Instant Meeting access number(s) and

User Instructions

There are four options in the Mobile Conference Connection

application:

Conferences from Calendar: Add, Modify or View the Mobile

Calendar and scheduled conferences.

My Conferences: Add, Modify or View your Audio Instant

Meeting information, Dial in numbers and passcodes.

Other Conferences: Add, Modify or View Audio Conferences

that are hosted by others.

Preferences icon : Set-up or modify user settings.

The allows the user to add a conference at any

main menu.

The allows the user to update their conferences.

Conferences From Calendar

“Conferences From Calendar” lists conference related events

from the iPhone calendar.

Tap a meeting to access the conference call information and the

option to join or Dial in as a Participant.

Tap and hold to perform an immediate dial in to that conference.

To schedule a new conference call the in the iPhone Calendar,

select a meeting date and add the conference details (access

number and passcode).

Once saved, you may select the event to view event details, or

select “Join” to join the conference.

My Conferences

The “My Conferences” menu allows you to see your Audio

Instant Meeting Information and join your Audio Instant Meeting

as the meeting leader. You may also:

Select a meeting to view the access number(s) and passcode(s)

information. Touch the arrow key to obtain additional access

numbers (if applicable).

Use the “Join” feature to initiate a dial out to yourself as the

meeting leader. Once selected, you will be prompted to enter

a telephone number which will enable a dial out to you as

the leader.

To add a participant(s) to the conference, touch “Add Participant”

and select the individual from the mobile contact list.

Send a meeting invitation by selecting “Invite” and choosing the

send method – Email or SMS text.

Other Conferences

The “Other Conferences” menu may be used to store meeting

details for conferences you attend on a regular basis, that are

hosted by another individual. Example: Standing weekly or

monthly meeting with sales, team meeting etc…

To add a conference hosted by another individual, select the +

symbol. Complete the applicable fields including the title of the

meeting, access number(s) and passcode(s) and select ”Done”.

Once the meeting is added it will be available from the “Other

Conferences” menu.

By selecting a meeting from the “Other Conferences” menu, you

can view the default access number and passcode information.

To retrieve additional access number(s), select arrow key.

To join a meeting, tap join and then the Dial in option desired –

Dial in as a Leader or Dial in as a Participant.

To edit the conference information, tap edit on the mobile device.

Perform the desired edits and select “Done” when complete.

The edit mode screen may also be used to delete the

selected conference.

Settings

The “Settings” menu may be used to establish user preferences.

Touch the settings icon from the title bar of the main screen

and select from the menu options available: Default Country,

Access preference, pass code delay, and Dial out Contact.

To set your Default Country, tap the arrow key and select your

preferred country from the list provided.

Select your preferred access method by toggling the Toll Free

on/off as desired.

Set the seconds to establish the passcode and bridge connection

by selecting the drop down arrow as shown below.

Use the Contact setting to identify your own address book entry,

so that you will be able to select your phone numbers quickly

when connecting to a conference bridge.

When attempting to connect to a conference call, selecting Join

will present you with two options, "Dial out to Me" and "Dial in

to Conference".

When selecting the first option, the list of phone numbers

available from the address book entry provided by the Contact

setting are presented. You may then select any one of those

options, or enter another phone number manually.
