ORADEA CITY

REPORTAvailable on

Mobiversal and The City of Oradea worked together to bring to life an app that would improve the relationship with local citizens and reduce bureaucra-cy. The result is a simple and intuitive app that allows responsible citizens to report issues such as potholes, stray dogs, streetlight malfunctions, aban-doned vehicles, leaky pipes, bad parking, and many more. Petitions have a description, photo, GPS location, and are automatically fed into the City’s work order system so that they can be tracked and assigned to service teams. Users can follow the status of their request and receive the solution right in the app.

In under 3 months since launch, the app has been installed by nearly 3000 citi-zens who sent over 1600 petitions related to various categories.
