Emergency Conferencing
The most effective way to discuss and arrange further approach in case of an emergency (for example Code Yellow, Code Red, Code Brown, etc) is to join the related persons together into a conference. This can be done from any phone for e.g. Group 5:
- Dial 1051 for immediate Emergency Conference (EC)- Dial 1052 for EC with Pre-Announcement- Dial 1053 for EC with dynamic Announcement- Dial 1054 for EC no confirmation required.
