The MNPD partner with McDonald's to host coffee with cop. Officers was able to make contact with several citizens who frequent this location on daily basic. Room in the Inn also attended and was able to provide services to the citizens who are currently experiencing homelessness.

I met with Rescue Mission staff to discuss recent quality of life issues on and around their property. They were very open with working with MNPD to address these issues. Many citizens and business owners have been complaining of the loitering. Central Precinct A flex and CSU have been conducting enforcement in the area.

I met with business owners from Middleton St. The expressed great concern regarding individuals loitering in this area. The individuals typically are coming from the Rescue Mission and Room In the Inn. I met with both of these organizations regarding educating their guest. Central Precinct has also stepped up enforcement in this area.

Hermitage Precinct Command Staff met at Elijah's Heart for a Tony Sudekum and J.C. We contacted Dollar General Market and requested to be able to set up a booth / table inside their store at the location of 4491 Lebanon Pike. October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and we wanted to reach out to the community. Our goal was to talk with people who might be in need of services and who might know of someone who might need our services. Several people took information and advised that they were going to bring the information to their churches.

The Youth Services Division has always maintained a working relationship with G-4 in the past. G-4 has a contract with the State of Tennessee Department of Children Services (DCS) to house their high-risk youths that are in their custody in a more secure facility (level three). Because the YSD ongoing relationship with DCS, we had provided numerous of resources to assist DCS in the form of personnel, training, expertise input/advise, assisting with the DCS’s aftercare program/probation checks (home visit), and many other things to assist DCS in maintaining and overseeing their high-risk youths. This partnership (Recidivism/Aftercare Program) with DCS has been ongoing for nearly ten years in building relationships with these youths to assist them and their families the necessary tools and support needed for them to become successful once they are released from State’s custody. The company G-4 was re-named (re-branded) to their new name TrueCore. The goal and purpose of partnering with
