MMS 8 th Grade Field Trip

As part of the 8th grade science curriculum, we will be traveling tothe Regal Lake Zurich Movie Theater to see Disneys AFRICANCATS. Afterwards, we will spend an afternoon bowling atBrunswick Zone Deer Park as an earned PBIS reward.

WHEN: Tuesday, May 10th

WHERE: Lake Zurich Movie Theater & Brunswick ZoneDeer Park

COST: $11.00 (which includes theater admission, 2 hrsof bowling and shoe rental)

OR$16 if you choose to pre-order lunch (see details

below)

DUE: APRIL 21, 2011 Please return the permissionslip and payment by this date.

ATTENTION:

Students can PRE-order a lunch for an additional $5,which includes 2 slices of pizza and unlimited soda,OR they must bring a brown bag lunch with a drink.

Chaperones Needed!!We will need one chaperone for every ten students to accompanyus on our field trip. Chaperones will need to pay $6 to coverthe cost of the movie. You can also PRE-order a pizza
