GETTING STARTED: MAC‰

1. Remove the Movie Magic product CD from its sleeve and place it in the CD-ROM drive of your computer.

2. Double-click the CD icon on the desktop.

3. Double-click the Installer icon to start the installation.

InstallAnywhere will prepare and start to install the product.

NOTE: These same instructions apply to both Movie Magic Budgeting and Movie Magic Scheduling.

Movie Magic

a. Read the system requirements and click Next.

b. Read and accept the License Agreement and click Next.

c. Confi rm the install location and click Next.

d. Select where you would like an alias and click Next.

e. Review the summary and click Next.

f. Enter your computer system’s administrator

password and click Next.




NOTE: This password is NOT your Activation ID.

g. The program will install.

h. Review the Read Me fi le and click Next.

i. Click Done.




j. Select whether to launch the program,

4. If you choose No, you can access the program by clicking the Movie Magic product icon that was installed in your dock.

5. When you open the program, one of two Welcome Screens will appear, depending on which program you installed. Click on one of the four options at the bottom.

6. The licensing Activation Wizard window will appear. Click the Activate License button.

a. Enter your Activation ID found on the back of your product CD sleeve and click Next.

b. Complete the required personal information and click Next.

c. Complete the optional information and click Finish. Your license will now be activated in the licensing system.

7. You are now fully licensed! Click the Close button and start using the program.

8. If you didn’t choose the Open or New buttons in the Welcome Screen, go to File > New Budget or New Schedule or go toFile > Open File to get started.

3. Double-click the CD-ROM icon.

NOTE: These same instructions apply to both Movie Magic Budgeting and Movie Magic Scheduling.

d. Select a location for the product icons and click Next.

e. Review the summary and click Next.

j. Select whether to launch the program.

k. If you choose No, you can access the program by going to the Start Menu > All Programs > Movie Magic and click the Budgeting or Scheduling icon to launch it.
