mkm Concessions started in the spring of 1999 when Mark Messmer started a Kettle Corn business “Golden Kettle Corn”. Mark quickly gained a loyal
customer base with his great product, outgoing personality and friendly cus-tomer service. Over the next 5 years Mark would grow “Golden Kettle Corn” into one of the top concession companies in Sonoma County. He was asked and accepted the offer to join the board of directors for the “Wednesday Night Market” (12,000 in weekly attendance). Tragically Mark passed away on Sep-tember 9th 2005 at the age of 31. Needless to say his family, friends and com-munity were devastated. After some time and discussion Mark’s older brother Gianni Messmer (a veteran) decided to continue running his business. Gianni renamed the business MKM Concessions in honor of his brother and continued to grow the business expanding into several different markets. In 2006 Gianni was invited to and accepted the offer to join the “Wednesday Night Market” board of directors. Later that year MKM Concessions expanded by adding a new “Snowie” trailer. Through Gianni’s marketing and perseverance the com-pany rapidly expanded joining several big events like the Sonoma County Fair, the California International Airshow and Bottle Rock. Now 10 years later MKM Concessions has expanded into a year around concessions company partici-pating at over 30 events and featuring:
Lemon-aid, with different flavors
Snowie trailers, featuring self-serve flavor stations and the option to have ALL NATURAL syrups
Complete kettle corn booths featuring the Worlds Biggest Kettle and expanding into several flavors
Cotton Candy with different flavors

Kettle Corn is our backbone. Our company was built on it and we pride ourselves on it. We have perfected our recipes and truly feel that we are a step above the rest.

NEW for 2015, we now offer 17 different ALL NATURAL flavors. We have 2 complete trailers available for your event. One is set up for our all natural flavors and is 8ft X 5ft One is set up for all flavors and is 10ft X 8ft. Both are full self contained and ready to go for your event
Our Snowie trailers take a fair favorite, “Snow cones” and step it up to a fun self made treat that you can flavor yourself. Here are a few reasons why one
of our Snowie trailers would be a great addition to your event; Kids & adults love to create their own Snowie by applying their own flavors. Parents love the entertainment and fun of seeing their kids get to create their own treats. Health Departments love our fully enclosed units complete with 3 compartment heated sinks. Fairs like to see custom-ers applying their own flavors at our flavor station which allows us to produce up to 300 Snowie’s an hour. ($1800 an hour).
