2. ROUND TRIP TICKET - <You have to verify all the information written on your

flight ticket and passport. You also have to verify your return ticket.> 3. TRAVEL INSURANCE / INTERNATIONAL STUDENT’S INSURANCE

-These insurance can be useful in the Phils in case accident, emergency or medical problems occur..

4. PASSPORT PICTURE - 5copies(white background & 5x5 size) for documentation.

checking out), SSP, ACR and VISA.

Philippine peso. In case you have remaining money in won, it is advantageous if you

You can exchange your money in a Foreign Exchange Bank anywhere near you or in

Incheon Intl. Airport.

6. INTERNATIONAL TELEPHONE CARD / LEASED PHONE

Buy a telephone card/cell phone (about 70,000~80,000won) You can also rent a

roaming phone in Korea before going to the Phils.

2. Departure Information

1. Check in information

Due to enhanced security 3 hours before the departure (4 hours ago in peak season)must be

in the departure hall on the 3rd floor of Incheon International Airport after arriving the

airport. Check the TV guide, to locate the appropriate airline

and proceed to the airline check-in counter.

2. Boarding passes and luggage consignment ticketing

Your passport and ticket (E-ticket) must be submitted at the airline desk and get your

boarding pass, have your luggage checked.

You must keep the E-ticket until the end of the round trip. Don’t forget to keep it.

Over 100ml can’t be carried on the airplane. Liquid can be checked- in inside the baggage.

▪ Tips for departure to Manila from Hong Kong airport

1. Check the gate Check in at Inchen airport, you will get this boarding ticket

5. Philippine airport information

1) Entry Procedures

When you arrive at the airport, you will follow airport procedures and after finishing the

procedure, you can leave.

(1) Immigration - written on board disembarkation card, passport and submitted custom

declaration.

(2) When asked for the purpose of your visit, say for Tourism (TOUR)

Have your visa stamped. Make sure that it is signed.

(3) Have your luggage checked

(4) With Customs Declaration, show your luggage ticket to the airport officer and have

your luggage confirmed.

(5) Get out of arrival door (transfer to domestic airport or pick up from the local staff

2) About the airport of the Philippines.

There are four airports in the Philippines. Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific,

■ Registration Policy

if you want to cancel your registration it can’t be refunded under any

Refund target 'tuition' and 'dormitory' is limited to the 'total cost of training

". In addition, SSP Fee, SUCH as pick up fee is not subject to refund.

if you want to cancel before entering into the school, school fee can be

refunded. Cancellation fee of the flight ticket etc. is free of charge.

in any case, refunds and make up classes are not given if the student's

arrival from Korea is late or if he is absent during the time of training.

if you are expelled after entering the school or you cancelled your stay, you

must submit a written request to get a refund.

refund ranges are defined as follows:

2.under 10% on the time of training - refund 70% of balance for a charge of

training.

3.10~29% on the time of training - refund 50% of balance for a charge of

training.

4.30~40% on the time of training - refund 30% of balance for a charge of

5. when more than 50% to the time of training - no refund.

The time of refund - you can receive within 30 days from submission of a

completed application form and will be sent into your bank account.

If contract about the service isn’t provided due to business trouble, delay,

cancellation, and irresistible reasons on your part, MK isn’t liable for

anything.

MK advises the students to take care of their personal belongings as well as

the school properties. MK is not liable for any damage or loss.

MK prices can fluctuate because of raise in exchanging rates, a tax hike ,

government policy, etc that MK can’t control.

MK has the right to vary the terms of the contract about starting date of

lectures, curriculum and program anytime.

MK can give a warning to students for breaking the rules or regulations

and MK has the right to expel you if you still don't follow despite numerous

times of warning.

If you have any physical discomfort, allergies or sickness, come to the office

and inform the staff that you will be absent in your classes. if you don't,

MK is not liable for any serious results due to any of these situations.

If the student gets expelled from MK, the school has to inform the student's

parents, guardian, or sponsor. MK also has to notify the student that he

has been expelled from the school.

■ Dormitory Policy

Room deposit is refundable in full if there is no problem with the room.

MK has the right to charge the students if he/she damaged the school

dormitory or facilities on purpose.

You can not change the furniture around your room.

If you lost room key there will be fined 150peso.

Room change You can not change your room after entering the school. But you can

up grade it if you wish to. (ex. 3 bed room→double room)

You can not go out from Monday to Thursday; the time in between

classes is excluded.

If it is necessary, you need to fill out the application for permission.

Night time check - on Sunday 10 PM in study room or student’s room.

Failure to have your attendance checked will be given corresponding

penalty.

The visiting time - 9 AM ~6 PM. the other person can not go into the

room except your parents. Please keep the policy to avoid theft and

accidents.

Male students should only stay within their premises as well as for

the female students. If you are married or engaged you are allowed to

share the same room.

Laundry Deposit is on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. (Manila is Monday and

Thursday.) laundry can be claimed at the reserved area. Claiming time

is the same as to deposit time.

room make-up Room make-up is on the 3rd of every week. (when you want to make up

it’s possible in Iloilo campus.) Bed sheet is changed once a week.

electricity Electricity charge and a number of people of room will be charged

separately.

personal items If personal items are robbed it should be your first responsibility and

you should be more careful with your belongings. you can request the

manager for safe keeping. It’s for free.

drinking Drinking and Gambling are strictly prohibited. Anyone caught

drinking or gambling will be given a warning and a possible expulsion

for succeeding offence. No refund is applied.

smoking No smoking into the school for a pleasant environment and prevention

of fire.

like cooking set (portable stove, coffee pot), candle, match and electric

pad are not allowed in the room.

Studying with the same teacher for man to man classes is strictly not

situation, but no relievers will be given if the student is absent without

any valid reasons.
