Generators, diesel or gas engine driven, for Petrochemical, Oil & Gas industry. Some for use in zone 2 hazardous areas, DNV or Lloyds certified.

Project Engineering & Management.

2D G.A., Sub-Assembly, Detail and Fabrication drawings.

P&ID’s (Process & Instrumentation Diagrams) and Hook-up drawings.

Electrical Schematics, Wiring, Block Diagrams.

gas engine driven generators for offshore platforms and refineries.

Duties including :-

Project Engineering & Management.

Interpreting specifications & liaison with clients.

Producing Electrical schematic & wiring drawings on AutoCAD.

Designing Control panel layouts.

Mechanical design and layout of generator enclosures, in association with enclosure manufacturer.

Producing P&ID’s (Process & Instrumentation Diagrams)

Specifying and obtaining quotations for materials from suppliers.

Producing part lists.

Producing Electrical schematic & wiring drawings for modifications to Diesel engines and Electric trucks for use in Hazardous areas.

Assisting in managing the department.

Supervising Engineering Contractors, Production and Test staff; both Mechanical and Electrical.

Compiling documentation and procedures in accordance with customer requirements, including FAT procedures and manuals.

Arranging packing, cranes, and haulage.

Invoicing.

Involved in the design and manufacture of:- 2 x 2MWe, 6.6kV, 2 x 630kWe 3.3kV, 1 x 1800kWe, 1 x 650kWe 1 x 400kWe zone 2 rated, 1 x 1000kWe diesel generators in IP56 A60 fireproof containers.
