The new development proposes a contemporary mixed use precinct that functions as a self-sustaining environment. On an urban level, the development provides the end user with a range of building uses that includes residential, retail, hotel, and offices. The variety in use opens up development opportunities for a diverse group of tenants, within a new range of contemporary buildings.
The precinct is divided in to 7 main land parcels, with 2 buildings per parcel except for the retail mixed use precinct. A Variety of residential blocks and units is located on the eastern periphery of the precinct,
which ties together with the adjacent residential context. Offices are located in the central part of the precinct, adjacent to the mixed use parcel, located on the western part of the development. A retail component with active restaurant edges forms a public interface between the retail, gymnasium and hotel located on the corner of the site. Access to the retail occurs from within the site over 2 levels, with the lower point entering the basement directly, and the upper access entering the podium lid of the retail.
