Our layout service is a complete solution that includes translation and layout. Some languages demand more space than others. This could cause layout problems with images, illustrations, tables, etc. We make sure that the result is as similar as possible to the original document, whether it is an InDesign file, or Word, Excel, PPT, PDF, etc.

OUR WORKFLOW A project in 5 simple Before we start the project

We are proactive when we receive a new order. The communication between us is essential for the project to be successful. That is why we try to acquire as much information as possible from you before we start a new project. We then find a solution suited for your project, we set up a timeline, plan the delivery, etc. If you are in a hurry we can always make partial deliveries or an express delivery. If you have specific company terminology or glossaries you want to use, it is very important we get those before translation begins. During the project Miversio always selects the translator be suited for the project and all our professional linguists only translate into their respective mother tongue. If needed we complete the translation team with a proofreader, reviewer, and/or DTP professional. Each team is unique for each project, depending on the language combination and your needs. Project delivery When the project is finished and delivered, your feedback is very important to us. It is the only way we have to know if you were satisfied or not with the translation and why. If we receive feedback we can immediately fix problems if there are any. We can also avoid issues from reoccurring in future projects.
