• Selling the feature and benefit of the product is outdated

• Differentiate our self from competitor by solving customers need and not bombarded them with the benefit and feature

Excess!

• Time

• Overload of information

• persistence

Lack of personal responsibility

• Salespeople have to assume the responsibility of any sales faillure this case they will solve it

Emotions

• Negative emotion drive salespeople in a way to loose many account

Need for approval and narcissism

• The majority of salespeople don’t challenge their customers to not loose their approval

• Narcissist salespeople are self centered in their products and the company not their customers
