2016 ANNUAL REPORTMission of the PAC ...
Endo PAC is non-partisan, supporting
legislators from either political party who
share Endo’s values and vision for healthcare.
When choosing to make a contribution
to a candidate, Endo PAC considers the
candidate’s views on issues that impact
Endo and its employees, as well as the
presence of Endo facilities or employees
in the candidate’s district or state.

Message from the Chair
As you know, Endo faces an uncertain healthcare landscape in 2017. The possible repeal of the Affordable Care Act, as well as possible changes to pricing, manufacturing and importation
regulations, will have a profound impact on our products and patients.
As an extension of Endo and its mission to deliver quality medicines and help patients in need, Endo PAC’s engagement with legislators is critical.
We’ve all seen how the mere mention of legislative proposals impacts our company. Now, more than ever, we need to ensure our collective voice is heard in Washington, D.C., and in state capitals.
Given the healthcare challenges facing all Americans, the work that Endo PAC does on behalf of our employees and especially our patients is critical now more than ever.
We thank our Endo PAC members and look forward to working together to improve our patients’ lives.
Brian Munroe Chair
Endo PAC was created to support Endo’s
ability to forge and maintain relationships
with federal and state elected officials.
As you may know, federal law prohibits
direct corporate campaign contributions.
However, corporations may pool voluntary
donations from employees to support
like-minded political candidates. In an
ever-changing political landscape, Endo
PAC gives employees a unified voice to
help Endo grow, protect our industry and
better serve our patients.
