Mission EndeavourMission Endeavour is an evangelical home missionary organization, recently formed, by a number ofbelievers from various denominations. We are united in a common cause with like minded Christians whodesire to present the Gospel of Saving Faith, to all our fellow country men. As evangelical Christians weaccept the Bible as the inspired Word of God and promote the retention of the Authorised Version as thebest translation to date of the original tongues into English. Mission Endeavour is reformed in doctrineand practice, believing that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone.
Our VisionOur vision is to advance Our Lord’s Great Commission. “Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel toevery creature”. Mark 16:15
We Believe• There is one true God, existing in three Persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; the same in substance and
equal in power and glory;• This God created the universe and sovereignly controls it.• The eternal Sonship, Virgin Birth and Deity of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ;• The Personality of God the Holy Spirit and the absolute necessity of His work in Regeneration and Sanctification;• Man’s main duty in life is to know, love and glorify God.• All humanity fell into a state of sin through disobeying God and rebelling against him, resulting in our alienation
from God and making us liable to eternal punishment in hell for ever.• God gave his Son, Jesus Christ, who is both God and man, to be the Saviour of sinners;• Jesus was crucified for sinners and rose from the dead.• Those who trust in Christ by repentance and personal faith will be saved from sin and its consequences and
will therefore go to heaven.• Jesus will return at the Day of Judgment when the destiny of all shall be sealed either in heaven or in hell.• All these Bible truths are affirmed in the ancient creeds of the reformed churches.
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoeverbelieveth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16
“By grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves it is the gift of God”.Ephesians 2:8
“Whosoever will let him take the water of life freely.”Revelation 22:17
“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”Romans 10:13
