MIRIAM (DR. MIMI) HULL, PH.D. President Hull & Associates

Dr. Mimi Hull is a fully licensed workplace psychologist, super speaker and effective trainer who helps organizations develop leaders and build teams while reducing conflict and stress. Her speaking and training programs include Team Building, Communication, Board Development, Strategic Planning, and Personality Profiles using DISC and MBTI. She is also a familiar face in Central Florida from her long-running radio program on workplace issues and her regular appearances on FOX TV. Hull & Associates puts together the people part of the puzzle for both large and small organizations. Their clients include the Global Business Travel Association, Hyatt and LaQuinta Hotels, Siemens, Walt Disney World, the Florida Bar, MBI, Inc, Darden Restaurants, Florida Hospital, Tommy Hilfiger, Junior Leagues, Nonprofit Organizations, State and Local Governments, and many Associations. Dr. Hull solely authored the section on assessment in The Encyclopedia of Human Resource Management (2012) – Volume One. Dr. Mimi Hull is very active in the Central Florida community, serving on a variety of Boards and winning awards for her service. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce and is a past president of the Junior League of Greater Orlando. Dr. Hull earned her Doctorate in Counseling Psychology with a doctoral minor in Management and her Masters in Counseling and Personnel Services from the University of Florida at Gainesville. Her B.A. in psychology was earned from Syracuse University and she holds many assessment certifications and licenses including MBTI (Myers Briggs) and DiSC® as well as the CCL and 20/20 organizational and 360° survey systems.
