MIRANDA Kerr’s familyhave made an emotional pub-lic plea for the Aussie super-model to come home, reveal-ing they have not seen theirfamous daughter or her sonFlynn ‘‘in over a year’’.

In a small screen ‘‘loveletter’’ from Miranda’s moth-er Therese, father John,brother Matthew and nannaAnn, the Gunnedah-raisedclan have used an episode ofABC’s docudrama series,Family Confidential, toexpose cracks in theirrelationship with the formerDavid Jones catwalk star.

Therese Kerr, who wassacked by her daughter in herrole as the managing directorof Miranda’s Kora skincarerange last year, claims: ‘‘Mi-randa’s life is so different now(and) she’s surrounded by‘yes’ people all the time.’’

Miranda’s father John andnanna Ann both despair atthe growing distance betweenthe fashionista and theirgrandchild Flynn, now 3,who they fear is ‘‘missingout’’ on being close to hisAustralian family.

Mr Kerr tells the program itwas Miranda’s ex-husbandOrlando Bloom who rang himto confirm the A-list coupleplanned to divorce, after only

three years of marriage, withher dad wishing that hisdaughter had married a‘‘nobody’’ instead.

‘‘Not really into movies’’ be-fore his daughter met andsecretly wed Bloom, Mr Kerrrevealed how he bonded withthe Pirates Of The Caribbeanstar. ‘‘He’s into motorbikes sohe’s got to be nice ... him and Ihit it off pretty well,’’ he said.

When Bloom rang to talkabout the split, Mr Kerr said:‘‘I remember him saying‘we’re always going to be fam-ily’ and that’s how we’ll treatOrlando, Miranda and Flynn.We’re all family.’’

Since the separation — fol-lowed by reports Miranda isnow dating billionaire JamesPacker — her family left be-hind in Australia claim theyhave not seen her or Flynn in‘‘over a year’’.

John Kerr says: ‘‘What I’dreally like to do as a grandadnow is teach Flynn how tomilk a cow, how to ride ahorse, teach him all them (sic)country things.

‘‘After what I know now Iwould rather she did justmarry a nobody because youreally can’t get that familytime by yourself. I just hopeFlynn grows up and he wantsto be with his nan and pop.’’
