We invite you to participate with your friends and family in the 2016 Miracle on MainFestival of Lights sponsored by The Downtown Sylvania Association. If you wish to
join in on the fun, please read the following information carefully:
Designate an adult leader to march/ride with your group. Lot marshals will be available parade day to answer questions and direct your group to your position in the parade line up.
Confirm your participation by returning the Parade Participant Form attached. Provide a brief description of your group for the announcer to read as you pass the reviewing stand. Send the forms in by November 18, 2016.
NO PARTICIPANTS ACCEPTED AFTER November 18th DEADLINE.
SPACE IS LIMITED! RESERVE YOUR PLACE NOW!
Carry a banner or sign to identify your club, group or organization.
Dress in light or reflective clothing for this dusk/night time parade.
All vehicles are required to be decorated in lights and in a holiday festive theme
BE ON TIME! Assemble at 4:30 pm in the designated lot. A map will be sent out with your designated lot after receiving your registration. Parade starts at
6 pm sharp! Late arrivals will be put at the back of the parade or excused fromparticipating. You must return the participant form in order to march in the parade.
Disband at the location on your Lineup Instructions.
ABSOLUTELY NO THROWING OF ANY KIND!- Distribution of flyers, candy or any other item is allowed.
