Familiarize the Quality Policy of the Hospital Customer Satisfaction Disseminationa. CSM Survey Attachment of survey slip to discharge papers At least 10% requirement of CSM from total number of patients in a month Results of CSM Survey to Surgery Ward discussed Comments and suggestions of results reiteratedb. Orientation concerning the ISO QMS for hospital staff and employees scheduled on July 28-30. For orientation: SAPO, QUIJANO, RASCO, JOCSING, BALUTE, IMPERIAL, FERNANDEZ, BELZAc. Calibration/Preventive Maintenance Regularly check the working condition of hospital equipment Stickers must be attached in equipment received. It is an indicator that the equipment is calibrated or checked and is in good working condition. Logbooks for Calibration and Preventive Maintenance should be properly filled up/ accomplished.-For compliance

Zomedel Concern Zomedel staff are to fill up the unit price and total amount of charge slip Staff nurses concern regarding accomplishing the Daily Oxygen Consumption & Monitoring Report raised: Declaration of number of hours Suggestion of one charge slip each patient for the whole shiftB. Endorsement All staff nurses must attend the endorsement Stressed the importance of endorsement to outgoing and ingoing shifts. Active participation of every member in the endorsement must be observed. Suggested that 15 minutes prior to endorsement, ingoing shift must attend to receive endorsement.C. Documentation Proper documentation stressed out Informed consent Informing IM concerns:1. Informing Medicine preoperatively is a factor for delay of wheeling clients to Operating Room2. Suggested that IM should be informed after endorsement even if the patient is not yet on call to OR. Everything that was done to the patient and if there are eventualities regarding patient status must reflect in the chart. Writing legibly in the chart stressed out Modifications regarding proper medication administration and preparationD. Logbooks Monitoring Adherence in filling up the logbooks properly Monitoring logbook must be observed to meet the demands of quality controlOther Concerns: Verification and referral of doctors order that are unclear See to it that laboratory request is the same with the doctors order.- Well taken
