The Samiti considered the proposals of the following Colleges/Institutes for finalization of fee structure for the students who joined the course started d1.1ring Academic Year 2013-14. After deliberations, The Samiti decides to approve the final fee structure of the following Colleges/Institutes for the students who joined the course started during Academic Year 2013-14, subject to final approval/affiliation/permissions from respective Authorities. Figures are arrived at after considering the calculations drawn in the worksheet - calculation sheets of the respective colleges/institutes prepared by a Chartered Accountant. The students admitted in Academic Year 2013-14 and there after continuing their studies will pay an enhanced fee of 5% each successive year as per the norms for 2013-14 till completion of the course. For example if the fee approved is Rs. 1,00,000/- then znd year, 3rd year and 4th year's student of the Health Science Colleges will be Rs. 1,05,000/-. (Assuming course is of 4 years). Worksheet - Calculation sheets are available in the office.

The Samiti considered the proposals of the following Colleges/Institutes for finalization of fee structure for the students who joined the course started during Academic Year 2013-14. After deliberations, The Samiti decides to approve the final fee structure of the following Colleges/Institutes for the students who joined the course started during Academic Year 2013-14, subject to final approval/affiliation/permissions from respective Authorities. Figures are arrived at after considering the calculations drawn in the worksheet - calculation sheets of the respective colleges/institutes prepared by a Chartered Accountant. The students admitted in Academic Year 2013-14 and there after continuing their studies will pay an enhanced fee of 5% each successive year as per the norms for 2013-14 till completion of the course. For example if the fee approved is Rs. 1,00,000/- then 2" year, 3rd year and 4th year's student of the Health Science Colleges will be Rs. 1,05,000/-. (Assuming course is of 4 years). Heard the Institute .Notice as per our resolution was given. But none is present on behalf of students/parents.

Heard the Institute at lerrgth. This is related to approval of fee for the course started during 2012-13. They tried to point out the judgment of division bench of the High Court dated 18/9/2012 in WRIT PETITION IVO. 8108 OF 2012. But then we discuss the matter at length. The Representatives of the Institute were convinced with the declaration of fee made on 17/9/2013 was correct and acceptable to them. Hence they prayed for withdrawal of revision . Accordingly letter dated 4/12/2013 is given. We accept the same and also allow the Institute to withdraw the revision.

Considered the letter dated 30/10/2013 of the Institute for condonation of delay in submitting the proposal for fee approval. The Institute to be asked to subrr~it copies of certificates due to which it claimed that there is delay. Office to write.

Considered the letter dated 30/10/2013 of the Institute for condonation of delay in submitting the proposal for fee approval. The only reason mentioned is that there was technical mistake in getting the audit report late. It is not possible to accept such a cause mentioned. It is done even in earlier also. Hence rejected. Office to communicate.

Considered the letter dated 7/11/2013. It contains 2 prayer . First is for condonation of delay in submitting the proposal for fee approval. No cause is mentioned for delay for submitting the proposal. Hence the first prayer is rejected. The 2" prayer mentioned is that they may be allowed to charge Rs. 66,000 /- for 2013-14 course, which


was charged for 2012-13, as fee for Rs. 66,000/-. For obvious reasons this cannot be accepted. -the approval of fee depends upon submission of audited accounts and other connected documents as per the norms. Hence Rejected. Office to communicate.

Item No. 5(d): Letter dated 7/11/2013 received from Adarsh Education

Societv's Raimata Nursins School.

Considered the letter dated 7/11/2013. It contains 2 prayers . First is for condonation of delay in submitting the proposal for fee approval. The cause mentioned is getting the essentiality certificates from the Indian Nursing Council dated 13/7/2011 and dated 9/8/2011 (RANM) and dated 9/8/2013 (RGNM). It is clear that the last certificate is of 9/8/2013. We have extended the time for submitting the proposals till the end of September 2013, though with penalty. Hence it is not possible to grant this prayer. The second prayer is that they may be allowed to charge Rs. 60,000/- for 2013-14 course, which was charged for 2012-13 for obvious reasons this cannot be accepted. The approval of fee depends upon submission of audited accounts and other connected documents as per tlie norms. Hence Rejected. Office to communicate.
