The Samiti considered the proposals of the following Colleges/lnstitutes for finalization of fee structure for the students who joined the course started during Academic Year 2014-15. After deliberations, The Samiti decides to approve the final fee structure of the following Colleges/Institutes for the students who joined the course started during Academic Year 2014-15, subject to final approvaI/affiliation/permissions from respective Authorities. Figures are arrived at after considering the calculations drawn in the worksheet - calculation sheets of the respective colleges/institutes prepared by a Chartered Accountant. The students admitted in Academic Year 2014-15 and there after continuing their studies will pay an enhanced fee of 8% each successive year as per the norms for 2014-15 till completion of the course. For exarr~ple if the fee approved is Rs. 1,00,000/- then from 11"~ years onward till completion of the course i.e. say 11, I11 and IV year the fees will be Rs. 1,08,000/- per @. I n case the students take \i th years for completing the course then he shall pay the fee approved in that year. I n case a student joins the course direct in second year, then he shall be required to pay Rs. 1,08,000/-. Worksheet - Calculation sheets are available in the office.

The Samiti considered the proposals of the following Colleges/lnstitutes for finalization of fee structure for the students who joined the course started during Academic Year 2014-15. After deliberations, The Samiti decides to approve the final fee structure of the following Colleges/Institutes for the students who joined the course started during Academic Year 2014-15, subject to final approval/affiliation/permissions from respective Authorities. Figures are arrived at after considering the calculations drawn in the worksheet - calculation sheets of the respective colleges/institutes prepared by a Chartered Accountant. The students adrr~itted in Academic Year 2014-15 and there after continuing their studies will pay an enhanced fee of 8O/0 each successive year as per the norms for 2014-15 till completion of the course. For example if the fee approved is Rs. 1,00,000/- then from 11"~ years onward till completion of the course i.e. say 11, I11 and IV year the fees will be Rs. 1,08,000/- per @. I n case the students take V th years for completing the course then he shall pay the fee approved in that year. I n case a student joins the course direct in second year, then he shall be required to pay Rs. 1,08,000/-. Worksheet - Calculation sheets are available in the office.

I n view of our earlier resolution at Item No. 5 of the meeting held on 17/10/2014, the college has sent the reply dated 10/11/2014. It has been pointed out that the PlMS course admits 120 students every year. Therefore the sanctioned strength for the purpose of calculation is 240. It is a separate

and separately fee is fixed for MMS course. As regards enginekring course sanctioned strength is 1200, but actual strength is 1289 students. Therefore the Sarr~it has taken into consideration 1289 as divisor factor and fixed the fee for the Engineering course. 1289 is the sanctioned strength and not 1470. As it is alleged. Therefore approval of fee is correct. Office to communicate.

Item No. 4 fivl: To consider and decide on the letter dated 11/11/2014 received from Mr. Raiendra Pratap Sinqh in respect of a complaint aqainst Leelavati Awliad Institute of Technoloqv respondins bv submission of an affidavit in furtherance of a Ref. Item No. 5(iii) of minutes 17/9/2014.

As per the resolution passed by the Samiti at Item No. 5 (iii) of the meeting held on 17/9/2014, the applicant has filed the complaint on affidavit. Reply of the Institute/college to be called within the period of 4 weeks from the receipt of the letter . Office to send the copy of this affidavit to the Institute and call for the reply.
