Minutes of the 5rd meeting of Empowered Comm ittee (constituted vide Government Order No. 139-F of 2015 dated 19.8.2015) held under chairmanship of Com m issioner/ Secretary to Governm ent, Finance Department on 18.03.2016.

In addition 19 cases of Forest Department which had been placed before Empowered Committee in its 3rd meeting held on 05.02.2016 were reviewed and the Committee cleared and approved creation of 19 posts of "Helper" in the pay scale of 2550-3200 (pre-revised) for regularization of as much number of DRWs from the dates shown against each in the below matrix.
