Minutes of 175th Meeting of Northern Regional Committee held on December 30-31, 2010

The 175th meeting of the Northern Regional Committee (NRC), National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) was held on December, 30-31, 2010 at Conference hall, NRC, NCTE, Jaipur.

In pursuance of the Gazette Notification No.213 dated 25.08.2010, NRC has been terminated under Section 21(2)(a) of NCTE Act, 1993 and the powers and duties on behalf of the Northern Regional Committee are being exercised and performed under Section 21(2)(b) by Shri Hasib Ahmad, former Member Secretary, NCTE.

The following member and convenor were present:

B.P.Ed. As per orders of the Appellate Authority, the institution be asked to submit a list of its Faculty selected by duly constituted Selection Committee with following documents:-

1) Advertisement in leading News papers.

2) Composition of the Selection Committee, as per Affiliating Body/University Norms.

3) Letter of University/Affiliating Body, nominating experts/representative for the Selection Committee.

4) List of candidates, duly signed by the candidates, who appeared for interview.

5) Minutes of the Selection Committee

6) Approval of the University/Affiliating Body to the selected faculty.

7) Affidavit by Management for the selected faculty on prescribed format giving details of qualification with percentage of marks, experience etc. (copies of the testimonials of each faculty member be attached).

8) Experience certificate of the Principal/HOD.

3. UP-2976 NKBR College of Professional Studies, Meerut, Hapur Road, Phaphunda, Meerut, UP

M.Ed.As per orders of the Hon’ble Court, the application of the institution for M.Ed. Course has been reconsidered. Regional Director, Office may issue a letter of deficiency to the institution, as per Regulation, 2009 including a letter to the State Government along with a copy of the application for obtaining the recommendations of the State Govt. Following deficiencies may be communicated to the institution for a reply within 30

days:-

1) The institution may submit additional two sets of application for further action.

2) The institution did not submit original FDR, for Rs. 5.00 Lakh and 3.00 lakh towards Endowment fund and Reserve fund respectively for a period of one year.

3) An affidavit giving details of existing courses being run in the premises.

4) The Society is having the land on lease basis for a period of 30 years. As per Regulation, 2007 and Regulation 2009, the land ought to be on ownership basis.

5) The Building plan does not specify the existing constructed building and the further construction proposed thereon, as the approved plan submitted is for ‘revised/proposed’ building.

6) A Completion Certificate towards proposed building plan giving total constructed area as on date and as per approved building plan dated 16.07.2007 be submitted by the institution. The building completion certificate submitted alongwith the application related to building plan NO. 1074/04 dated 31.01.2005 and not the one that has been submitted with the application.

7) The building plan submitted by the institution does not specify the Khasra No. and Plot No. of the land on which the building plan has been approved.

8) The society is not having any institution with B.Ed. Course, at this address at Meerut, Hapur Road, Phaphunda, Meerut. Its two B.Ed. institution namely, NKBR College of Education for Women and NKBR College of Professional Studies are located at L-823, Shastri Nagar, District Meerut, UP.

9) The exact location for proposed M.Ed. course be indicated.

4. UP-1312 Pt. Tej Ram College of Education, Sadique Nagar, Main Shiyani Road, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

B.T.C.The reply of the institution dated 2.12.2010 w.r.t. the NRC, letter dated 21.9.2010 has been considered and following observations are made:-

1) The institution approached Secretary, Controller of examination authority, Allahabad for nomination of experts but their reply that no provision for appointment of experts exists in NCTE Norms has been submitted. The institution should have intimated the process of appointment and the appointments made by the institution, should have been approved by the Secretary, Controller of examination authority, Allahabad which has not been obtained in this case.

2) The institution has appointed only 1 Principal and 5 teachers whereas they are required to appoint 1 Principal and 6 teachers.

3) The Principal namely Smt. Yashodha Negi is not qualified as per NCTE Norms, she does not possess the required experience of 5 years teaching in elementary education. Her 5 years experience in Janhit Institution of Education, Ghaziabad Teaching B.Ed. Classes is not relevant.

The institution may be asked to clarify their position and submit the approval of the Secretary, Controller of Examination Authority, U.P. for the appointment of faculty.

5. UP-2802 Shree Sai College of Education and Technology, B-74, Takshila Colony, Garh Road, Medical College, District- Meerut, UP

B.Ed. The reply dated 19.11.2010 has been considered and found satisfactory. The institution submitted approval of the C.C.S. University vide this letter dated 16.11.2010 for appointment of faculty. Hence, the NRC decided to issue recognition to the institution for B.Ed. course with an annual intake of 100 students under clause 7(11) of NCTE Regulations 2009 and in terms of section 14(3)(a) of the NCTE Act, 1993 subject to the usual terms and conditions.

6. UP-2470 Indira Gandhi Girls Degree College, Rampur, Taramandal, District-Gorakhpur- UP

B.P.Ed.The NRC decided that the institution be asked to submit a fresh list of faculty appointed for the course by a duly constituted Selection Committee as approved by the affiliating University for further consideration.

7. UP-3395 Baran College of Education, Village- Chanderu, Tehsil- Sikandrabad, District-Bulandshahar, Uttar Pradesh

B.Ed.As per directions of the Appellate Authority, a show cause notice be issued on the points observed by NRC in its 158th meeting held on dated 19-22 April, 2010 for a reply within 30 days.

8. UP-3277 S.P. College, Khasra No.- 214, 217, 207, Vill.- Tigri, Post- Ronia, Tehsil- Chandpur, Distt.- Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh

B.P.Ed. The reply of the institution dated 30.11.2010 w.r.t. points of show cause notice dated 15.11.2010 has been carefully considered by NRC in the light of photographs, affidavit and other documents submitted for its physiology lab, Psychology lab, Gymnasiums, Library etc. The reply has been found satisfactory. The Institution be issued Letter of Intent Prior to Recognition under clause 7(9) of the NCTE Regulation, 2009. The institution be asked to appoint the faculty as per NCTE Norms, 2009 and submit the following detail/documents within 30 days:-

9. UP-2356 Sh. Hari Shankar JI Mahavidayalaya Ranpur, Jahanaganj, Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh

B.T.C. The reply of the institution received on 24.11.2010 w.r.t. points of show cause notice vide minutes of 167th meeting held on 28-30th September, 2010, has been carefully considered by NRC, and it was not satisfied with the reply as the deficiencies pointed out in its Computer Lab, Psychology Lab and ET Lab in the show cause notice dated 22nd October, 2010 continued to exist. The institution did not take any efforts even after issue of the show cause notice, to built their labs properly. The documents submitted about purchase of books further established that the institution is not having adequate number of titles relevant to teacher education, even if its claim that it has adequate no. of books is admitted. Institution has not given exact numbers of available books in its library in the reply submitted. In view of the above NRC decided to refuse the recognition of B.T.C. Course to this Institution having a B.Ed. Course under section 15(3) (b) of NCTE Act, 1993.

10. UP-1520 Aryan Institute of Management & Computer Studies, Sector- 13, Avas Vikas Colony, Sikandra Bodla Road, Agra-282007, Uttar Pradesh

B.T.C. The reply of the institution dated 22.11.2010 w.r.t. points of show cause notice vide minutes of 170th Meeting of NRC held on October, 21-22nd, 2010 has been considered. The institution has appointed another Principal, who possess the required qualification and experience as per NCTE Norms. The institution may obtain approval of the Secretary, Controller of Examination Authority, Allahabad, before recognition under 7(11) is issued.

11. UP-1874 Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University, Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh

M.Ed. As per decision of the Appellate Authority, the institution be asked to submit the details of faculty appointed within 2 months with following documents:-

12. UP-2649 Saraswati Higher Education & Technical College, Vill.- Gahni Post- Ayar, Distt.- Varansi, Uttar Pradesh

B.Ed. Additional Intake

The reply of the institution dated 6.12.2010 in response to points of show cause notice dated 9.11.2010 has been carefully considered. The reply has not been found satisfactory as the institution failed to establish that it has properly equipped its Language Lab. The Science Lab continued to be inadequate, even in the fresh pictures submitted, which shows only display of equipment and apparatus on removable table, without having proper experimental table with associated sink and drainage arrangement.

As such, NRC decided to refuse recognition of the institution for additional intake in B.Ed. Course under section 15 (3)(b) of NCTE, Act, 1993.

13. UP-1396 Akbarpur Degree College, Akbarpur,

B.T.C. The reply of institution dated 7.12.2010 w.r.t. show cause notice dated

Kanpur Dehat, Uttar Pradesh

19.11.2010, considered by NRC. The reply has been found satisfactory and therefore it has been decided to continue the recognition to BTC course with annual intake of 50 students.

14. UP-2954 Ram Murti Devi Girls College, Khasra No. – 506, Vill.- Shakoorpur, Post- Mohiuddinpur, Distt.- Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

B.Ed. As per direction of the Appellate Authority, the qualification and experience of the Principal appointed by the institution has been scrutinized and found in order.

Hence, NRC decided to issue recognition to the institution for B.Ed. course under clause 7(11) of NCTE Regulations 2009 and in terms of section 14(3)(a) of NCTE Act, 1993 with an annual intake of 100 students subject to usual terms and conditions.

15. UP-1654 Bal Mukund Banzari College of Education, Near Runkata Railway Station, Post- Artoni, Agra, UP

B.T.C. The reply of the institution dated 9.9.2010 has been considered. The appointment made are as per NCTE Norms. However, the institution has not obtained the approval of Secretary, Controller of Examination Authority, Allahabad, which is required as per NCTE Regulation 7(9) and U.P. Government Guidelines for affiliation of Privation Institution conducting 2 years BTC Course.

The institution should submit the required approval within 30 days.

16. UP-3215 Sri Ram Das Mahavidhalay Shemati, VPO- Dullahapur, Tehsil- Jkhanian, Distt.-Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh

B.Ed. The reply of the institution dated 11.12.2010 w.r.t. show cause notice dated 10.6.2010 has been carefully considered. It has been found that the institution submitted documents to establish that it purchased the equipments for its various labs after the issue of the show cause notice. The reply could not be accepted on the basis of presented documents, which comprised of only ‘Sale Invoice’ with no receipt, payment proof; entries in stock register supported by pictures/photos or CD of the refurbished laboratories.

As such NRC decided to refuse recognition of the institution for B.Ed. Course under section 14(3)(b) of NCTE, Act, 1993.

17. UP-1523 Institute of Management & Research, 8th Mile Stone, Delhi- Meerut Road, Duhai, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

B.T.C. The institution’s reply dated 4.12.2010 in compliance to the Appellate Authority order dated 15.9.2010 has been considered.

The NRC decided that the institution be asked to submit the approval of the Affiliating Body for the appointment of the faculty with following details/documents within 30 days:-









18. UP-2369 Kamala Vindhyachal Mahavidyalaya, Vill.- Dewa, Post- Dullahapur, Tehsil- Jakhania, District- Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh

B.Ed. The reply of institution dated 5.07.2010 w.r.t. show cause notice dated 10.6.2010 has been considered. The reply which is in form of an affidavit photographs and bill for purchases of furnishing items and books has not been found satisfactory. The photographs of Laboratories does not depict any satisfactory picture. The bills of library

book purchased confirm the observation of visiting team that they do not have more than 300 books in their library. NO photographs or document has been provided to establish that the multipurpose hall is of adequate size and that the institution as adequate seating capacity in their Library. No copy of the accession register has been provided.

In view of the above NRC decided to refuse the recognition of the institution for B.Ed. Course under section 14(3)(b) of NCTE Act, 1993.

19. UP-1434 New Adarsh Institute of Education, Loni- Near LPG Gas Plant, Ghaziabad, UP

B.T.C. The institution reply dated 20.8.2010 has been considered. Following observations made:

1) The Principal namely Smt. Hemlata is not qualified as per NCTE Norms, she does not possess the required 5 years experience of teaching in Primary/Elementary Teacher Education. Her experience is of teaching at B.Ed. level.

2) The institution has not submitted the approval of Secretary, Controller of Examination Authority, Allahabad required by Government of U.P. for affiliation of Private Institution offering 2 years BTC Course.

The institution may be asked to clarify its position on the above two points for a reply within 30 days.

20. UP-2766 Matuk Smarak Mahavidyalaya, Darhwal, Jakhaniya, Sadat, Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh

B.Ed. The reply of the institution dated 17.07.2010 w.r.t. show cause notice dated 21.06.2010 has been considered and found unsatisfactory, as the reply is based on bills for purchase of various items for sports, library, labs of the institution. The bills have no indication about entries made in the Stock Register. The Stock Register is itself not a valid copy of the document in existence, but has been constituted to submit a reply. No proof of payment of

any of the bills has been submitted. The photographs of the Science lab clearly reveals that this lab is not organized and photograph of another Chemistry lab of a college/school has been submitted, which is misleading.

As such, NRC decided to refuse the recognition of the institution for B.Ed. Course under section 14(3)(b) of NCTE Act, 1993.

21. UP-3112 Savita Devi Girls College, Delhi Road, Vill.- Kayasth Gawari, Post- Mohiuddinur, Tehsil & Distt.- Meerut, Uttar Pradesh

B.Ed. The reply of the institution dated 11.12.2010 w.r.t. points of show cause notice vide minutes 173rd meeting of NRC and letter dated 16.12.2010 has been considered by NRC and following observations were made:

1) The letter dated 11.12.2010 from C.C.Singh University, Meerut specifying that the Selection Committee of the University comprising of one expert nominated by University and one representative of the management is proper has not been accepted. Institution be asked to submit relevant regulation/ordinance of University regarding appointment/selection in Private affiliated Institution to substantiate their claim. This is being asked as NCTE feels that the institution has not followed the due process of selection in appointment of the Faculty (It did not submit even the list of candidates with signature who appeared for the interview.

In view of above, NRC decided that time of 30 days be given to the institution to submit the documents as above for further consideration.

22. RJ-1108 Saharia B.Ed. College, Kaladera, Distt. Jaipur, Rajasthan

B.Ed. The reply of the institution dated 4.1.2010 on points of show cause notice vide minutes of 151 meeting held from 20-21 October, 2009 has been considered and following observations made:-

i) In its reply the institution has

submitted a group photograph of its faculty members, which in no way can establish that they are the genuine faculty members and does not reply to the basic question as to why faculty members were not present at the time of inspection.

ii) The institution did not produce any documents to establish that selection of the faculty was made by following the due process of advertisement, nomination of expert by University/affiliating body in the selection committee drawing minutes of selection committee etc. As such reply does not answer the basic question about appointment of faculty.

iii) The institution has provided photocopies of the staff Attendance Register to establish that they had the attendance. However, institution did not give any documents to establish that it had paid Salary by way of bank advice, cheque etc. to the faculty.

iv) In response to the observation in the show cause notice that fire safety system has not been provided the institution submitted photographs of various room showing an installed fire extinguisher. However, this has been apparently manipulated/fabricated on the photographs itself and amounts to misleading NRC.

v) The institution has submitted a copy of the selected pages of the accession register that shows availability of 150 titles although total entries in the register is for 3861 books. Apparently, the institution has submitted a copy of the accession register of the school library that included books on education for the B.Ed. Course as well. This is not as per NCTE Norms which demands availability of 3000 books and 1000 titles for a B.Ed. Course. That further established the veracity of the representation submitted to the VT members at the time of inspection that they are sharing B.Ed. library with the school.

The reply of the Institution regarding

suppersession of the managing committee, it justified that the State Government has appointed an administrator for the school only and that the managing committee of the B.Ed. College is intact.

In view of the above, a speaking order be issued to the institution on the above lines in continuation to the NRC’s earlier order dated 21.6.2010 withdrawing the recognition of the institution to B.Ed. course.

23. UP-753 Babu Banarsi Das College of Teachers, Bye Pass Road, Jahangirabad-202354 (U.P).

B.Ed. As per direction of the Appellate Authority, the replies of the institution that inspection under Section 13 was never conducted by NCTE, Hqrs., in respect of this institution was considered. The main points of the show cause notice that this institution never conducted a B.Ed. Course has also been refuted by the institution with the claim that it has been conducting the B.Ed. Course since 2004-05. As such, no fresh show cause notice can be issued. The NRC order dated 6.01.2010, withdrawing the recognition of the institution be set aside and recognition of the institution be restored.

24. UP-3505 Institute of Management of Education of Technology, Meerut

B.Ed. In view of the orders of the Appellate Authority VT constituted for inspection of the institution.

Agenda Item No. 175.04: Consideration of the Replies received for Conversion from 7(9) to 7(11)

25. UP-3236 Rampratap Ranglal Institute of Management & Technology, Vill.- Narsholi, Post- Sahmaholi, Tehsil- Sitapur, Distt.- Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh

B.Ed. The reply of the institution dated 23.11.2010 was considered. After considering the minutes of the Selection Committee, comprising of experts nominated by the University and the approval of the University for the appointment of faculty, it was decided to issue recognition to the institution for B.Ed. course with an annual intake of 100 students under clause 7(11) of NCTE Regulations 2009 and in terms of section 14(3)(a) of the NCTE Act, 1993 subject to the usual

terms and conditions.

26. UP-3478 Kashi Nath Mahavidalaya, Vill.- Narayanpur Kararahi, Post- Daulatpur, Tehsil- Saidpur, Distt.-Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh

B.Ed. The reply of the institution dated 29.11.2010 w.r.t. points of show cause notice vide minutes of 162 meeting of NRC held on 24-27 June, 2010 has been carefully considered by NRC and found in order. In view of the approval of the university, minutes of the Selection Committee comprising of experts of University nominee, it was decided to issue recognition to the institution for B.Ed. course with an annual intake of 100 students under clause 7(11) of NCTE Regulations 2009 and in terms of section 14(3)(a) of the NCTE Act, 1993 subject to the usual terms and conditions.

27. UP-3373 Ram Nagina Kisan PG College, Vill.- Muriyari (Todarpur), Post- Jakhanian (Khetabpur), Tehsil- Jakhanian, Distt.- Ghazipur-275203, Uttar Pradesh

B.P.Ed. The reply of the institution dated 29.11.2010 w.r.t. letter dated 5.10.2010 issued under clause 7(9) has been considered and following observations made:

The institution has not submitted a copy of the letter of the University, carrying its approval for appointment of the Faculty made by the institution.

In view of above, NRC decided that a time for a period of 30 days be given to the institution to submit list of faculty duly approved by affiliating University to the NRC office.

28. UP-3098 Veer Kunwar Degree College, Nagina Road, VPO- Bijnor, Tehsil & Distt.- Bijnor-246701, Uttar Pradesh

B.Ed. The reply of the institution dated nil received on 9.12.2010 w.r.t. points of show cause notice vide minutes of 173rd

meeting of NRC held on 24-26th

November, 2010 has been considered. It was decided to issue recognition to the institution for B.Ed. course with an annual intake of 100 students, under clause 7(11) of NCTE Regulations 2009 and in terms of section 14(3)(a) of the NCTE Act, 1993 subject to the usual terms and conditions.

29. UP-3075 Shree Ram Institute of Education, Village- Timakiya, Baghpat

B.Ed. The reply of the institution dated 13.12.2010 w.r.t. points of show cause notice vide minutes of 174th meeting of

Road, Post- Jani Khud, Distt.- Meerut, Uttar Pradesh

NRC dated 24-26, November, 2010 has been carefully considered by NRC and following observations were made:

The minutes of the Selection Committee 28th

October, 2010 has not been accepted, as they were not submitted earlier and were submitted after the meeting of NRC on 24-26th November, 2010, which observed that the composition of the Selection Committee dated 27th October, was not in order. The institution instead of making selection as per procedure, decided to re-submit a document which has been obviously fabricated and has been prepared afterwards by taking experts into confidence. This is not acceptable.

In view of the above, NRC decided that show cause notice be issued to the institution under section 14(3)(b) of NCTE Act, 1993 before refusing the recognition of the institution for a B.Ed. course on the above grounds for reply within 30 days.

30. HR-1504 N.R.B. College of Education, Mohinder Gharh, Haryana

B.Ed. The reply of the institution dated 14.12.2010 w.r.t. decision of NRC vide minutes of 173rd meeting of NRC held on 24-26th November, 2010 has been carefully considered and after taking into account, the minutes of Selection Committee and approval of the M.D. University, Rohtak to the appointment of Faculty. The following observations are made:-

The institution has not yet appointed part time lecturer, in (i) Fine, Arts and (ii) Physical Education, as per Norms for this course under NCTE Regulation, 2009.

Hence, NRC decided that the institution be asked to clarify its position on above points and submit reply within 30 days.

31. HR-419 Mukund Lal National College Yamuna Nagar, Distt.- Yamuna Nagar, Haryana

B.P.Ed. The reply of the institution dated 9.12.2010 w.r.t. points of clarification vide minutes of 171st meeting of NRC held on 28-29th, August, 2010 has been carefully considered by NRC and following observations were made:

1) The institution did not bother to submit details of its faculty over the period from its first conditional recognition/Affiliation, including the date of appointments of various Faculty members appointed initially on the basis of selection conducted 11.07.2009 and those appointed subsequently in replacement by the Selection Committee held on 24.02.2009.

2) Since Selection Committee minutes dated 24.02.2009 were approved by the University on 20.03.2009, the institution needs to provide full details of their qualification and experience, including their appointment letters and affidavit of the Faculty. This is necessary to ascertain, whether the faculty approved as early in March, 09, is on the roles of the institution.

The institution be asked to clarify its position on the above points and submit the relevant details within 30 days.

32. UP-1763 Sankalp Institute of Education, 141, Duhai, Ghaziabad, U.P.

B.T.C. The reply of the institution dated 13.12.2010 w.r.t. the show cause notice dated 21.9.2010 was considered. The faculty appointed by the institution is not having one lecturer qualified to teach the foundation course with either M.Ed. qualification or M.A. (Education) with Diploma/Degree in Primary/Elementary Education.

Hence, NRC decided that the institution be asked to clarify their position within 30 days of issue of the letter.

33. NRCAPP-439

Arhint Education Society, Plot No. 180- 354/1, 354/2,427, 431/3, Tehsil – Roorki, Haridwar, Uttrakhand

B.Ed. The reply of the institution dated 17.08.2010 w.r.t. letter dated 23.07.2010 issued under clause 7(9) has been considered.

The NRC decided that the institution be asked to submit a copy of the experience certificate of the Principal namely Dr. Vinod Kumar, alongwith a copy of his Ph.D. Degree within 30 days.

34. PB-610 S.D. College of Education, Barnala, Punjab

B.Ed. The letter of the institution dated 15.12.2010 in response to the minutes of 169th meeting of NRC held from 12-13 October, 2010 has been considered and following observations are made:-

i) The institution has not submitted a copy of the advertisement inviting applications for appointment of faculty for the B.Ed. course.

ii) A copy of the letter from the university nominating Expert/Representative of he University in the Selection Committee.

iii) A copy of the Minutes of the Proceedings of the Selection Committee (including list of candidates who appeared for interview).

iv) Dr. Prem Prakash Budhlakoti appointed as a Principal has a date of birth as 12.09.1943 and is therefore not eligible for appointment as Principal.

Hence, the institution be asked to explain its position and submit reply within 30 days.

D.El.Ed. The reply of the institution dated 12.08.2010 w.r.t. show cause notice dated 26.07.2010 has been considered and found unsatisfactory. The laboratories of the institution, as shown in the fresh photographs submitted in response to the show cause notice, continue to be deficient. The Science lab is on removable tables with no experimental table with associated sink and drainage system. Some photographs of another science lab has been included in the reply to mislead NRC. The furniture in computer lab, classroom etc. is not appropriate. As shown in the new photograph lab, furniture comprises of long desks and benches, which have no back support.

In view of above, the NRC decided to refuse the recognition of the institution for D.El.Ed. course under section 14(3)(b) of NCTE Act, 1993.

Library, Computer room by purchase of equipments/Public Address System, Photocopier, computer labs etc. NRC decided to issue Letter of Intent Prior to Recognition for D.El.Ed. course with an annual intake of 50 students under clause 7(9) of NCTE Regulation, 2009.

39. UP-2759 Adarsh Krishna P.G. College, Railway Station Road, Tehsil- Shikohabad, District- Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh

B.P.Ed. The reply of the institution dated 18.08.2010 w.r.t. show cause notice dated 1.06.2010 has been considered. The institution submitted letters of approval of faculty appointments and nomination of experts by the University.

The NRC, decided to issue recognition to the institution for B.P.Ed. course with an annual intake of 50 students under clause 7(11) of NCTE Regulations 2009 and in terms of section 14(3)(a) of the NCTE Act, 1993 subject to the usual terms and conditions.

B.Ed. The reply of the institution dated 6.12.2010 w.r.t. points of show cause notice vide minutes of 166th Meeting of

NRC dated 9.9.2010 has been considered and found satisfactory.

B.Ed. As per direction of the Appellate Authority, the recognition order of the institution in the original name of Maharshi Dayanand Management College, Loni, Ghaziabad, U.P be restored. Separately, the institution be asked to give detailed reason for making the institution as ‘Only for girls’ alongwith no objection from the State Government and the Affiliating Authority to do so.
