Reports from Officers Nothing new from Officers. Mike S. – Accounts as follows: Checking account $6,090.42, Savings $4,131.76 Mat Fun $10,882.44. 3. Reports from Committees Paul – 501c Classification – No update Derrick Concessions – Cardinal Classic – Still needs more volunteer help for concessions Youth Tournament – Volunteer sheet also not fully completed yet. Order to be submitted to First Choice for vending merchandise at the events. They will deliver & pick up. No site Manager volunteer yet for the youth event Award Status – 2 Dozen Trophies / 4-Dozen to 200 metals. Paul Motioned to get 24 1st place trophies from West Central Trophies, 2nd Robert, Motion Passed. Ed to be ordering trophies. 4. Report from Head Coach - Ed Scrimmage on weds & Tech on Thursday. 5. Report from Youth Coach - Brock Youth Team added to new Conference, to start in January with Friday night team events and an end of the year individual tournament. Schedule will be forth coming. 6. Unfinished Business & General Orders Forms for officers to fill out are at the bank, please stop in there. The Club declined to take on setting up a Takedown Cancer Event, for lack of a motion. No committee was formed to sell stocking caps, decals, paper airplanes at events, etc. also due to a lack of a motion. 7. Adjourn – Paul Motioned and it was 2nd by Robert, motion passed at 8:14
