Child Mgt. – Duplicate Children Claimed Report

• Description• A web-based report that lists all children who may be claimed by different Providers (for

all Sponsors or within a Sponsor), based on certain matching characteristics.

• Filtering Options• Sponsor• Claim Month


• Special Notes• The system flags a child as a duplicate if the following match:

• First Initial of First Name, Last Name, & Birth Date• This report only displays children when they are claimed by two different Providers in

the same month. So the report first identifies the children as duplicate between two distinct Providers, then determines any same day overlap.
