Strategic Apex:

According to Henry Mintz-berg, strategic apex means: “Charged with ensuring that the organization serves its mission in an effective way, and also that it serves the needs of those people who control or otherwise have power over the organization.”

According to Wiki Answers: “Strategic apex, the home of top management where all power rests, usually with one person which could be the owner of an entrepreneurial entity.”

According to Wikipedia: “Techno structure is a term coined by the economist ”John Kenneth Galbraith” in "The New Industrial State" (1967) to describe the group of technicians within an enterprise (or an administrative body) with considerable influence and control on its economy.
