Crni luk, beli i perun sitno iseckati i pomeati sa 30 g maslaca. Ovim filom premazati razvueno testo, a zatim ga uviti u rolat.
Hleb staviti u podmazan duguljasti kalup i ostaviti da naraste. Pei na 200 C oko 25-30 minuta.
