• Target Investor : International / Regional investor to go inpartnership with TRENCO in a new SPV to be establishedusing the Amreya land and the equipment to be movedfrom the current plant.

• The partner should have a solid know-how in the tireproduction business and affiliation with a global player.

• The partner will have a principal role in decisionsregarding revamping / selection of new lines and theOperation / Management of the SPV for at least 3 yearsof operation.
