Key Challenges and Issues faced in SPS Compliance and Automation
• As Thailand is an export oriented country with
numerous population engaging in the agricultural
sector, compliance with the importing countries’
SPS measures is mandatory
• MOAC controls and monitors food safety in different
stages of production ranging from farm to fork.
• Different stages have their own unique problems
and it is our duty to eliminate all those adversity in
order to ensure safety of food to our consumers
abroad.

• MOAC sometimes receive the notification of
non-compliance from importing countries on
several violating issues. MOAC would then
quickly delve into every stage of production
for the problems and enforce strict measures
for related parties to permanently eliminate
that particular problems.
