MineDSi is a geological, geochemical, and geophys-ical data viewing plataform that incorporates core pho-tographs, field data, and lab results. It allows the user to log core electronically and quickly check logging descriptions against sin-gle element and element radio geochemistry. Cross-check descriptions utilize automated quality-check tools to ensure consistency throughout the project. All parameters are fully customizable and our in-house support team can assist building the perfect tools to capture all your project data.
MineDSi provides on site support and training throughout all stages of imple-mentation to ensure a smooth deplyment on any scale of project.
A customized mobile pho-to unit is deployed with the system to take high quality, consistent photographs of core and can accommo-date a multitude of core box lenths.
Users wirelessly access the server unit using any windows-enabled device. No software needs to be installed on the devices themselves.
MineDSi utilizes a distributed cloud so data can be viewed anywhere at any time. It is a central-ized collaborative platform for geographically dispersed teams.
On-site core photos are loaded into MineDSi to facilitate core description. Any parameters, such as analytical results or descriptive data, can be displayed directly on the final images.
Data is securely stored in an SQL database or it can be stored locally for enhanced flexibility. It can be exported in numerous formats to suit any need and it can also be formatted to load into any existing database. Distribuited back-ups are automated to keep all data safe.
In addition to increased accuracy of core descriptive data, users can expect to see a dra-matic increase in logging speed with MineDSi. Best practices are built directly into the sys-tem along with efficient data entry to optimize workflow. The result is a more accurate and streamlined core logging rate.
