Milo was the first autonomous shuttle service offered by a U.S. municipal government to the general public on a continuous basis.
Operated August 2017 – August 2018 on off-street trails in Arlington’s Entertainment District.
Program Goals:
• Test AV technology in a real world environment
• Educate the public and raise awareness of AV technology
• Position the City of Arlington as an innovative transportation leader
