Mr. Mike Langley PO Box 216 Hilliard, OH 43026 Ph: (614) 876-1647 Fax: (614) 386-0280. Dear Sir, As to my relationship with Mike Langley. At one particular B737 recertification acceptance check I was called in to oversee a Pratt & Whitney Borescope. Mike has the responsibility to coordinate the aircraft recertification along with engine acceptance. There was an issue on one of the engines that involved - Pratt, GE, the returning company, and the acceptance company. Mike had the responsibility to bring these companies to the table and provide a safe resolution that was acceptable to all involved, and as defined by the aircraft maintenance manual. Without Mike’s oversight, I personally don’t believe we could have reached this agreement. Mike has the ability and many years experience to draw from; which led to a successful and safe conclusion to matters involving the aircraft recertification. His skill for organizing and preparation are what stands out above most others. For Mike when solutions are needed, nothing is ‘a matter of fact’ but requires research and questions asked.
