•  Large “meta-cohort” of public breast cancer samples: –  2116 patients: molecular, clinical, and treatment information

–  Collaboration with Assoc Prof Lance Miller (Wake Forest), Dr Heather Cunliffe (TGen), Assoc Prof Cris Print (Auckland).

•  Goal: molecular markers for personalized prediction: prognosis and response to treatment.
