Badge Change in MiHR

In an effort to expedite the badge change process approvals have been disabled for this work flow.

To process a badge number change in MiHR, first go to the “Jobs” tab of an employee’s record. Then under the “Organization” tab select the “Change Organization” workflow under “Things I Can Do”.

When completing this workflow be sure to select “904- Timeclock Change” for the reason and enter the new badge number in the “Time clock” field. After this has been saved the changes should take place immediately without the need for approvals.
