At a time when the Covid-19 pandemic and consequent lockdown have hit every field of life , especially education, Rishikul is trying its best to ensure that academic continuity is maintained through virtual classes. Keeping this in mind a weekly timetable was drawn and the Middle Wing started conducting Online Classes for it students from 6 April 2020. The wing also conducted Online Contests, Parent - Teacher Meeting and Monthly Exams.

Competitions provide not only a myriad of opportunities for students but also a platform to demonstrate their talent and a stepping-stone to achieve greater things in life. Keeping the same in view our students took part in various inter-school competitions such as Dancing, Singing, Best out of Waste, Paper Cutting, Poem Recitation, Essay Writing Competition(English and Hindi )at Bal Bhawan from 8 May 2020 to 14 May 2020 and brought laurels to the school by grabbing the most coveted position.

An online Ganga Quest was held for the students of the Middle Wing from 7 April 2020 to 22 April 2020. Through this competition students learnt to accomplish the effective abatement of pollution, conservation and rejuvenation of the river Ganga.

The Middle Wing provided an opportunity to its students to show their interest and intelligence in Mathematics through an online International BRICS Maths Competition organised from 14 April 2020 to 19 May 2020. Students of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa participated in it enthusiastically. It proved to be very fruitful.

On 'Earth Day' the Paryavaran Sanrakshan e- Competition was conducted by 'Apna Sansthan Organization.' In it, various online competitions took place under the theme: Paryavaran Sanrakshan. The students of the Middle Wing showed their concern towards the ailing condition of the earth and gave a message to protect the earth before it is too late by participating in various activities like:1. Integrated Classroom Programme (VVM)
