o There is no map to the back office. It is difficult to know “what is this?”, “where does this go?” and “where can I find” information in both the Physical and Digital business workspace.
o Information is maintained in forms and files that do not share information. Manual entry, reporting and review is slow.
o Technology alone is not the answer. Technology is a tool to enable the solution resident in your model – if you have one.
