    Instructions for speakers For the speaking sessions, you will come to the front of the room at the beginning of the session. While the speaker before you is speaking, you will have a few minutes to set up your laptop (VGA connection will be provided). There will be a volunteer at the podium to help you if you need it. Time limits

Time limits are critical and need to be followed in order to keep the symposium on schedule and to ensure a fair go for other speakers and the audience. The Session Chair will help ensure that you stay on schedule during your presentation. Poster session Posters should fit in DIN A0 portrait format (width: 84.1 cm, height 118.9 cm). All posters remain on display, Sunday - Monday for continuous viewing. Please hang your poster on Sunday morning and remove it by Monday afternoon, not before 16:30. Supplies will be available for hanging posters. We kindly ask the presenting authors for their presence:
