Indiscutibile la progressiva adozione di soluzioni Mobile che ha un impatto sulle infrastrutture applicative esistenti.
Figure particolarmente orientate alla trasformazione sono ICT, LOB e Marketing.
Si trasforma verso il mobile per engagement degli utenti
(Employee o Clienti) - BYOD Circa il 46% delle aziende clienti ha già definito o
intrapreso il percorso verso il mobile transformation.
Circa il 55% delle aziende dell’offerta sono nella stessa direzione per web Collaboration, Mobile e Cloud.
Spesso il processo di trasformazione porta le aziende clienti a rivisitare il parco fornitori.
