ABOUT DANA MESKE
Seventeen years ago, Dana Meske
put her roots down at Parkway
Small Animal & Exotic Hospital as
a kennel assistant. Now, as the
practice group’s CAO (Chief Ad-
ministrative Officer), she finds daily
fulfillment in playing a part in the development of
the practice groups team. Dana decided to pursue
a yoga teaching certification a er she felt a strong
correlation between the benefits of practicing yoga
and relieving the stress associated with the many
flavors of emotion that encompass the day-to-day
environment of veterinary medicine. Being able to
build this yoga platform for her team and to share
it with others is a dream come true.

■ Can I solicit additional interviews from people I meet on site at the Radisson? Yes, if individuals
are interested, and you’ve paid your registration fee
to conduct interviews, you can conduct an impromptu
interview. If you would like to use one of our reserved
interview spaces, please check in at the registration
table to reserve a time.
■ Can I send a representative from my practice in-stead of attending myself? Yes, you can send some-
one in your place to conduct interviews, as long as the
registration fee is paid.
■ Where will interviews be held this year? MVC job
interviews will be held at the Radisson Hotel, Regency
Rooms I and II, State Rooms I and II, and Michigan I. In-
terviewees and interviewers should sign in at the reg-
istration table and plan to meet near there. Staff will
indicate which room is available for your session.
■ Will everybody be interviewing in the same room?
All interviews registered on the website prior to the
event will be privately conducted in the rooms men-
tioned above. There are also chairs and couches in the
reception area for impromptu interviews if the meeting
rooms are full.
■ What time should I arrive for my interviews? We
recommend that interviewers and interviewees arrive
at least 5 minutes before their scheduled interview,
and make sure to sign in at the registration table.
■ How will I find my interviewee? Staff at the registra-
tion table will be available to help connect interviewers
with prospective interviewees.
■ Before I interview, should I send my résumé to each practitioner I am interviewing with? Abso-
lutely! Send your résumé as soon as you register for
an interview slot. It will help your interviewer find you
if you also send a digital photo (we suggest a close-up
head-and-shoulder shot).
