Withinthe school environment, teachers leaders should be ableand willing to mentor less experienced teachers, speak outin a positive way about challenges the school may face andpromote positive solutions. I consider myself to be transformational inmy leadership abilities because I start with a vision toinspire, possess an abundance of energy andenthusiasm as I promote success. 12. CONCLUSIONThis presentation has shown my strengths andqualifications as a teacher mentor. My leadershipstyle continues to allow me to be an effectivecommunicator, be accessible to meeting the needs ofothers, organized, obligated to encourage, listen andpromote positivity in the learning environment.
