Professional Experience

MASTEC NETWORK SOLUTIONS (Project Manager) - Birmingham, AL 02/2011 to 03/2015

• FTTCS Project: Scheduled in-house crews and vendors to complete site walks and obtain a TSS package for AT&T in Alabama, Mississippi, and the Florida Panhandle.

• Submitted drawings to our CAD team and site acquisition to obtain a redline drawing.

• Quoted projects and requested purchase orders.

• Scheduled in-house and contracting crews to complete civil work and power work for the Cienna, SIAD, and QDFRs.

• Reviewed closeouts and sent true up quotes to our customer to ensure payment.

• Created purchase orders to pay subcontractors.

• Interfaced with the customer to create strong relationships and ensure satisfaction

• ETTCS Project: Started the ETTCS project in March of 2012 for AT&T in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and the Florida Panhandle.

• Provided space, path, and power for a Cisco SIAD and connecting in between the Cienna and UMTS.

• Scheduled in-house and contracting crews to complete this process in two site visits, one for installation and one for integration.

• UMTS Project: Transferred to the UMTS Project in February of 2013 for AT&T in Alabama, Mississippi, and the Florida Panhandle.

• This consisted of 2nd carrier, 3rd carrier, 4th carrier, and 5th carrier installs for Ericsson 3206, Ericsson 3106, Ericsson RRUs, and Ericsson DUWs.

• Completed band swaps, RXAIT installs, RXAIT removals, power plant swaps, and converter shelf removals.

• Scheduled in-house crews and vendors to complete site survey packages.

• Scoped sites with the customer, quoted projects, and requested purchase orders.

• Scheduled in-house and contracting crews to complete necessary UMTS installations and upgrades.

• Modification Project: While managing the UMTS project, I also ran the MODs project.

• Replaced obsolete batteries with Marathon batteries for back-up power for power plants and UMTS cabinets.

• MasTec was the first in our market to install Marvair's DC HVAC units, which heat and cool shelters more efficiently.

• Held Tech I position removing Alcatel-Lucent equipment and installing Nortel 3031 cabinets and CMO cabinets in the Indiana and Mississippi markets for Sprint.
