since 2010 a member of the Board of Directors of Ithaca Sunrise Rotary Club.

A chapter of Rotary International, Ithaca’s Sunrise Rotary Club plans many events

throughout the year. In addition to featuring speakers and special programs at

weekly meetings, the club also participates in service projects both locally and

abroad .

Ithaca Sunrise Rotary Clubhas joined the efforts of international charities such as

the Uganda Water Project and the Ovalle, Chile, International Service Project.

The service project in Chile focuses on building a school to give adult students

opportunities to learn to speak English, which is an important business skill in the

area. On a local level, Ithaca Sunrise Rotary Club has supported efforts including

Camp Good Days and the Feed My Starving Children mobile event.
