derived by AM' from the placew~nt of saId benches. The County shall receive

c~"pensatlon in the amount of fifteen (15) percent of gross revenues collected

during the term of this agreement and any extensions or renewa15 thereuf. ihe

~aid sums shaii be paid on a quarterly or seml~annually basIs, which ever Ts agreed

agaInst any and all liabIlity, loss or damage! OF fOr any injury or damage to

person or persons or property caused by said benches or any cause connected wIth

saId benches or based upon any Intentional tort, negligence, or breach of contract

caused by AMI. AMI shaii secure and maintain a comprehensIve public liability

ln$ur~nce polIcy with a c-~pany authorJzed to do business in Ficrid~ and acceptable

to the County in an amount not less than a combined single-limit of One Hundred

cure such default, the other party shall have the right to terminate and cancel thIs

proof of such insurance in a form acceptable to VOTPAN.

Such policy shall not be materially altered or cancelled

Tim: DOT has poured two pads on ISB for our buses to use.

One is in front of the Sf> station just east of the McDonalds on ISS and Tomolca Farms Rd. You still have a bench and trashcan at the oid location In front of McDoi.alds.

A second pad has been poured Ac.ross fron the Wing House. Your bench and can are just: e-ast of the pad.

We wouid appredate it if you could ask your guys to reposition the benches and cans onto the new pads.
